Industrial construction prize Base data: One of the main suppliers for bakeries, confectioners and industrial kitchens could no longer remain in its old premises, as it was impossible to adapt the old spaces to suit modern logistics. Time was of the essence, as the old building had already been sold and the date of moving into the new building was fixed before a site had even been found! Within the space of just 12 months it was possible to move into the new building. The tight schedule and cost calculations were met. A second requirement in this adventure was to break records in terms of construction costs. This goal was achieved with a figure of just $ 100 per cubic meter of built space. The building is designed to give the firm a strong identity and to create open spaces that facilitate communication for the benefit of both the employees and the business itself. The client is satisfied. Within a year he has become number one in his field of business.
