Competition 

The Terrazón is a precast element. It comes in 3 different sizes: “Mini” measuring 10 m2, “Golf” measuring 15 m2 and “Caddi” 20 m2. The Terrazóns are attached at the top and bottom to the ceilings without forming any thermal bridges. The maximum overhang at a truss height of 2.80 m is 6.50 m. They can be mounted on any part of the facade.

A connection to the façade that complies with Önorm (Austrian standards) is achieved by the use of a steel lattice.

The “Cabrio Cap” forms a loggia. It is available in different styles (for instance “Toscana” with a slatted pine frame, “ Herzerl Laube” made of rattan or “Reblaus“, a trellis for creepers). It can also be flexible: shade is provided where it is needed.
