A precise block structure provides a response to the existing urban fabric. Towards the commuter railway line an end building is created, which can define a new urban edge for the entire development along this urban caesura. It is positioned so that it keeps the required distance to the railway line, in the east (on Geschwister Scholl Strasse) it continues the existing building line, and in the west reveals the façade of the Hofbeamtenwohnhaus  and expands Planckstrasse at this point.
