Oasis is a mixed-use facility consisting of a hotel, offices, residential and recreational buildings. Offices and hotel form a clean-cut building beside the street that protects the residential area behind. The housing project is accessed from the other side of the site, from the old town. This ambiguous approach allows two different realms in which the different functions can articulate their specific atmospheres.
